Boulevardier
Ingredients
- 2 ounces rye or bourbon
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- Lemon peel (for garnish)
Preparation
Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass filled with ice, and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
Traditionally, a Boulevardier contains equal parts of all 3 ingredients. This recipe is a reaction to the common feedback that Campari is a bully.
